In this role, you'll build and assemble high-quality equipment using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. No previous assembly experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
Install accessories such as lights, cameras, decals, and other equipment
Read work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, torque guns, and measuring devices
Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate assembly
Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area
Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
Ability to work with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.40/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
