Job Description

We are partnering with a fashion brand to find an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales, digital strategy, and the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Oversee website operations, UX, site merchandising, product launches, and mobile optimization.
• Manage sales forecasting, P&L, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition, paid and organic channels, email/SMS, CRM, and promotional calendars.
• Develop customer retention, loyalty, and referral strategies to increase repeat purchases and lifetime value.
• Partner with creative teams on product imagery, campaign content, and e-commerce photoshoots.
• Optimize site functionality, inventory accuracy, checkout, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, marketing, creative, and leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading e-commerce for a consumer or fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, analytics, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Experience managing website operations, marketing calendars, and cross-functional initiatives.
• A strategic, hands-on leader who can translate data into actionable business decisions.
