Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client eligibility for counseling services.

Patient Population / Client FocusQualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Candidates must possess an active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

• A thorough understanding of counseling principles and practices, particularly as they relate to domestic violence, is required.

• Experience with mental health assessments and the development of individualized treatment plans is mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective case documentation and client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Preference will be given to candidates with specific training or experience in Play Therapy.

• Availability for late afternoon hours (3-8 pm at least two evenings per week) is a requirement, with additional weight given to those who can work some weekends.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for site visits and client referrals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and credentials.
