Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Your primary focus will be working with women, teenagers, and children who have been or are experiencing domestic violence. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possess an active LPCC license to practice in California.

• Strong foundation in individual counseling and family intervention strategies.

• Familiar with telehealth platforms and capable of conducting sessions online effectively.

• Willingness to work late afternoon hours (3-8 PM) at least two evenings per week, to accommodate client schedules.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in Play Therapy is highly desirable, especially in working with younger clients.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is a plus.
\n
• Available for weekend sessions is preferred to extend service availability to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New hires may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, providing an immediate financial incentive upon successful onboarding.
