About Tula AI Labs
Tula AI Labs builds AI agents, automation, and custom dashboards for businesses. We also run social media and marketing for select clients. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on content creator in East Tennessee to own social for a hospitality client and grow our own brand.
The Role
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Mix of on-site and remote work, including one on-site shoot per week at a restaurant and event venue client
• Supports both client accounts and Tula AI Labs’ own social channels
• $24/hour
• Performance measured on social media growth
What You’ll Do
• Build a social media strategy for each account, then implement and execute it
• Film short-form video on-site at the client’s venue every week
• Edit short-form reels and write captions
• Publish one post per day across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Schedule content in Metricool
• Respond to comments and DMs during working hours
• Track performance against growth KPIs and adjust the strategy based on results
• Put together a monthly results report
• Stay current on trends, sounds, and formats, and turn them into content quickly
• Capture behind-the-scenes content that can become client case studies
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years managing social media for a brand or business, with results you can show
• Proven experience building and executing a social media strategy
• Strong short-form video skills: you film and edit your own content
• A portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited
• Up to date on what’s trending across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong caption writing and a good eye for food, events, and hospitality
• Organized and self-directed. You’ll own the calendar and the results
• Reliable transportation to the venue each week
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow (a plus)
• Hospitality or restaurant experience (a plus)
Location
Candidates based in or near Knoxville, Dandridge, Jefferson City, Morristown, or White Pine are preferred.
